A Robin Hurt Big Game Hunting Safari ensures that you get the maximum hunting experience in our carefully managed hunting concessions found throughout Tanzania. Our Hunting Concessions are carefully managed wildlife areas that enable you to experience an African wilderness away from other visitors and National Parks.

Our areas are leased from the Tanzanian government and are exclusive to our clientele. Our areas vary from the Great Rift Valley, mountain, river, swamp, forest and savannah areas, allowing us access to an enormous variety of game.

Luganzo Game Reserve

Tanzania's Largest Private Wilderness

Luganzo borders the Ugalla Game Reserve and is the biggest hunting area in Tanzania (over two million acres). It encompasses Lake Sagara on its north western boundary and the Ugalla River on both its western and southern borders.

Lake Natron South

The Very Heart of Masailand

Situated in the heart of Masailand, Lake Natron South sits on the floor of the Great Rift Valley. It is surrounded by volcanic Mountains including the famous active volcano named Oldonyo Lengai, “The Mountain of God,”
by the Masai.

Kitumbeine Mountain

A Remote Wilderness of Foothills and Valleys

Kitumbeine Mountain in an enormous, rugged mountain with a unique
ecosystem. An extinct volcano sitting at an alititude of 2871m, it is one of
the few places in the world where huge densities of cape buffalo roam in the ‘mist forests’ on top of the mountain. A mountain Buffalo hunt is the
ultimate adventure hunt, the real deal.

Lukwati & Piti Game Reserves

A Pristine Big Game Hunting Destination

Encompassing half a million acres of miombo woodland habitat, this area is interspersed with flood plains & rugged rocky outcrops. It comprises of mountainous terrain that is well-watered by numerous springs and small rivers, both seasonal and permanent. It borders the Rungwa River in the north, a stream called Mwipa to the East and another seasonal stream, Makambe to the west.

General Information

Tanzania is a malarial area and precautions must be taken. RHS recommend that you check with your doctor or local health authority for details of health regulations and immunization requirements.

Hunting Regulations

Clients shall only be permitted to hunt those animals for which their permit is issued (subject to quota availability).
By Tanzania Law only hunting clients are permitted to hunt.
